Return & Refund Policy

At Sajem Shop, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

• The product is damaged or defective
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product size is incorrect (if applicable)

2. Return Time

Customers must request a return within 3 days after receiving the product.

3. Product Condition

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused
• The product must be in its original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Used or washed clothing
• Items damaged by the customer
• Products without original packaging

5. Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected:

• A refund may be issued
• Or the product may be replaced

Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment method.
